Firefighter owned & operated
Your house doesn't look old. It looks dirty.
Pressure washing for West Baton Rouge — siding, driveways, patios and concrete, brought back to the way they're supposed to look. Free estimates, straight answers.
No bridge between us and youWe’re based in Erwinville, LA — on the west bank already, while everyone else is crossing I-10 to get here.
See the difference
It isn’t age. It’s growth.
Heat and humidity mean mold, mildew and algae grow here faster than almost anywhere. It comes off.

Why Flashpoint
Same standards, different uniform.
David Knouse started Flashpoint because he’s good at the part most people find hardest to trust — showing up, doing the work right, and treating somebody’s home like it matters.
He’s a firefighter. The habits carry over: be on time, bring the right tool for the job, don’t cut corners that cost someone later, and leave the place better than you found it.
“Just like the fire service, we believe in showing up, doing the job right, and leaving things better than we found them.”
What we clean
Residential exterior cleaning, start to finish.
- 01House WashingThat green film on the north side, the black streaks under the gutters, the grime you stopped noticing. It comes off.
- 02Driveways & SidewalksConcrete back to the color it started out. Algae, tire marks, oak tannin — the difference is startling.
- 03Patios & ConcretePool decks, porches and outdoor kitchens, cleaned up and ready for company.
- 04Soft WashingSiding, stucco and screens need a gentler approach — low pressure and the right solution, not brute force.
- 05Roof CleaningThose black streaks aren't your roof wearing out. They're algae, and taking them off the right way adds years.
- 06Gutter CleaningCleared, flushed and checked, so water goes where it should instead of behind your fascia.
- 07Window & Glass CleaningExterior glass rinsed with purified water, so it dries without the spots a garden hose leaves behind.
- 08Skylight & Rooftop GlassThe glass you can't reach, cleaned from above — with the flashing around it cleared, not just the pane wiped.

How it works
Three steps, no runaround.
Send A Photo
Text a picture of the driveway or the side of the house. Fastest quote there is — most come back the same day.
We Show Up When We Said
We bring our own water and equipment, protect your landscaping, and get to work. If we said Tuesday, it's Tuesday.
Walk It With Us
We walk the job with you before we pack up. Miss a spot and we fix it then — not on a second trip.
Where we work
No bridge between us and you.
Most pressure washing crews around here work out of Baton Rouge, which means crossing the river to get to the west side. We're already over here.

What people say
Neighbors who called first.
Driveway was green on one whole side and I figured it was just stained for good. David had it looking brand new in about two hours. Showed up exactly when he said he would, which honestly I wasn't expecting. Already booked him for the house.
Marcus R.Port Allen · 3 days agoWe had black streaks running down the siding under the gutters for probably two years. I'd had two other companies tell me it needed painting. It did not need painting. It needed washing. Looks like a different house.
Hilary B.Brusly · 4 days agoCalled on a Monday, he was out Wednesday. Patio and the pool deck both. He walked the whole thing with me before he packed up and found a spot I hadn't even noticed and went back over it. Good guy, fair price.
Jason D.Plaquemine · 5 days agoBeen in this house 31 years and the concrete has never looked this good. He told me straight out that the old oil stain by the carport probably wouldn't come all the way up, and it didn't, but everything else did. Appreciated him being honest about it up front.
Gerard G.New Roads · 5 days agoTexted him a picture of my driveway on a Sunday night not expecting anything and had a quote back the next morning. Easiest contractor experience I've had in a while. Firefighter owned too, which is why I called him in the first place.
Meghan R.Addis · 5 days agoCrossed the river for us and still got here earlier than the two Baton Rouge companies I'd called before him. House and driveway both, half a day, no mess left behind.

Questions people ask
How much does it cost?
Driveways start at $150, house washing starts at $225, and most full-exterior jobs land around $650. Every quote is free and firm — the price we give you is the price you pay.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within a few days. Because of the firefighter schedule we work around shift days, so evenings and weekends are often open when other companies aren't.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the outside of the house and a water spigot, you don't have to be there. We'll text you when it's done.
How often should this be done?
Most houses here need it every year to eighteen months. Our heat and humidity bring the growth back faster than up north.
What do I need to do to get ready?
Close your windows, move cars off the driveway, and bring in anything you don't want wet.
