Why is my siding green and streaked?
Heat and humidity year-round mean mold, mildew and algae grow here faster than almost anywhere in the country. It shows up first where the sun doesn't reach — the north side, under the eaves, behind the shrubs.
Most people don't notice it happening. You pull into the driveway every day and it fades into the background. Then you see a photo of your own house, or a neighbor gets theirs washed, and suddenly it's all you can see.
Left alone it keeps spreading, and it holds moisture against the surface it is growing on. That is how a cosmetic problem turns into a wood-rot or a paint-failure problem.
It is also the first thing anyone sees. A dirty exterior reads as a house nobody is looking after, whether you are hosting people or trying to sell.
It isn't age and it isn't bad siding. It's growth, and it comes off — usually in half a day, for a fraction of what painting costs.

Our process
How a house wash goes
Same order every time, so you know what you are getting and when.
You call or send photos
Tell us what you've got. We'll tell you straight whether it's a job worth doing.
We come look
No charge, no pressure. Most estimates take a few minutes.
We protect the surroundings
Plants and beds get pre-wet, and anything that shouldn't get wet gets covered or moved before a drop is sprayed.
We wash top down
Soffits and eaves first, then the siding, then the foundation — so nothing dirty runs back over what we just cleaned.
We rinse everything
The house, the windows, the walks and the landscaping, so nothing is left to dry on a surface.
We walk it with you before we leave
If something got missed, we fix it then and there — not on a second trip.

Questions people ask
Will pressure damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding doesn't need brute force — the cleaning solution does the work and we keep the pressure low. High pressure on vinyl can force water behind the panels, and that's a problem you don't want.
How often should I have my house washed?
In south Louisiana, most houses need it every year to eighteen months. The heat and humidity bring the growth back faster here than up north.
How long does it take?
Most single-story homes are a half-day. Larger or two-story homes can run a full day.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the outside of the house and reach a water spigot, you don't have to be there. We'll text you when we're done.
What do I need to do to get ready?
Close your windows, move cars out of the driveway, and bring in anything you don't want to get wet — cushions, door mats, potted plants near the house.
Let’s get a look at it.
Send a couple of photos or give us a call. We’ll tell you what it needs and what it’ll cost — no pressure either way.
