Why does my patio look dirty even after I hose it off?

Questions people ask
Can you clean stamped or stained concrete?
Yes, at reduced pressure. Decorative finishes and sealers need a gentler approach than a plain slab, and we'll check what you have before starting.
What about pavers?
Pavers clean up well. Washing can pull some joint sand out, which should be topped up afterwards — we'll tell you if yours need it.
Will the runoff hurt my plants?
We pre-wet and rinse plantings around the work area, which is standard practice and keeps them fine.
Do you move the furniture?
We'll move what's reasonable to move. If you can clear the big pieces before we arrive, that gets us to the actual surface faster.
