These terms apply to your use of this website and to estimates we provide through it. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here conflicts with the written estimate or invoice for your specific job, that document governs, not this page.

Who we are

Flashpoint Pressure Washing is a residential exterior cleaning business operating from Erwinville, LA, West Baton Rouge Parish, serving properties within about an hour in every direction.

Estimates and pricing

• Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
• Estimates are based on the information and photos you give us. If conditions at the property differ materially from what we were shown — substantially more area, a surface in much worse condition, access we were not told about — we will tell you before we start and agree a revised price with you, or decline the job. We do not increase a price after the fact.
• Prices shown on this website are starting points for typical properties, not firm quotes. The price we give you in writing for your property is the price.
• An estimate is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.

Scheduling and cancellation

• Weather. Exterior cleaning depends on it. If we have to move your appointment for weather, we will contact you and reschedule at the earliest time that suits you.
• Our schedule. The owner is a working firefighter, so appointments are arranged around shift days. We will tell you a specific day and time, and we intend to keep it.
• If you need to cancel, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.

What we need from you

Before we arrive, please:

• Close windows and doors.
• Move vehicles off the driveway and away from the work area.
• Bring in or move anything you do not want to get wet.
• Make sure we can reach the areas being cleaned, and tell us about gate codes, dogs, or anything else we should know.
• Provide access to a working water spigot, unless we have agreed otherwise.

You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to have this work done on it.

The work

We will perform the work described in your estimate with reasonable care and skill, using methods appropriate to the surface.

Some things cannot be cleaned off. Deep oil stains, rust, paint failure, etching, and damage that has already occurred to a surface may not improve, or may not improve fully. We will tell you honestly what we expect before we start, and we would rather set a realistic expectation than oversell a result.

Pre-existing conditions. Older or already-damaged surfaces — failing sealant, loose mortar, rotted wood, previously damaged siding, worn coatings — can be affected by cleaning. Where we notice something of concern, we will point it out before we begin. We are not responsible for the failure of a surface that was already compromised.

If something goes wrong

Tell us straight away. We walk the job with you before we pack up precisely so anything missed gets handled on the spot rather than on a second trip. If you find a problem after we have gone, call us and we will come back and look at it.

Using this website

• The content of this site — text, photographs, the Flashpoint name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Submitting a form does not create a contract. A job exists once we have given you an estimate and you have accepted it.

Reviews and photographs

We may photograph our work and use those images in marketing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Tell us if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you request an estimate is the version that applies to it.
